1. The quote

The online quote is valid for 7 days and is binding provided the vehicle matches the information you provided and passes a standard condition check on the day of collection.

2. If details differ

If the vehicle differs materially from the information provided (e.g. undisclosed damage, missing service history, inaccurate mileage), we may revise the offer. If we do, you are under no obligation to accept and may cancel the sale free of charge.

3. Payment

Payment is made by Faster Payments bank transfer on the day of collection, after the condition check is complete and you’ve accepted the final offer.

4. Finance

If the vehicle has outstanding finance, we will settle the balance directly with the lender and pay the difference to you.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a booked collection at any time before we arrive, at no cost.
